Q Do we have to be home when you perform the estimate or the service?
A No. It most cases, you do not need to be home. It is helpful if we can contact you with questions. We are always careful to ensure that your home is secured when the work is complete.
Q What happens if the weather gets in the way of completing the job?
A We monitor the weather and let you know if we need to reschedule the job.
Q Do you offer any discounts?
A Yes. We offer a discount when you schedule repeat services in advance. We can make this easy by setting recurring appointments each year, every 6 months, quarterly, or monthly.
Q Do we need to do anything to prepare for the Window Cleaning appointment?
A On the inside: if you can simply move fragile items away from your windows, we can take care of the rest. On the outside: please make sure bushes and trees have been trimmed sufficiently for us to access the windows and place ladders on the ground.
Q In the Summer, do we need to leave the AC on for the Cleaners?
A Yes, please. We ask that the thermostat be set at a healthy level while we are working inside the home.
